WHO ARE WE?
ABZ Homes is a boutique estate partnership between a small group of experts that has been working in real estate and similar services for over 10 years. As seen in southern Spain we are also a melting pot of culture from Dutch, Spanish and French background that pride ourselves in our knowledge and expertise in servicing our clients with great commitment and passion. We are not just a property management team or a boutique agency, we have been citizens for more than decades which makes our connection with Costa del Sol, homeowners and guests even more special.
We decided to combine our expertise as locals, agencies, interior design, and partnerships with top service providers to give a selective group of homeowners and guests the best experience possible. As a boutique estate we are committed to go the extra mile and meet the needs of each client every step of the way.

The apartment is in great condition. It has ocean views of 3 out of 4 bedrooms. It is a quiet family condominium. The area is quiet and quiet. There is a nearby Mercadona and a 5-minute beach bar on foot. It's perfect for family holidays. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Antonio’s place. It’s very clean and spacious. They respond quickly and showed us all the amenities of the flat and around the neighbourhood upon our arrival.

Antonio was really flexible and was a great host. He reached out weeks before we checked in and he was very responsive. The place was very clean and we were a family of 7 with enough room to sleep all comfortably. There was a pool on the premises which was very nice for the kids when we needed a rest day. Parking was a little tricky but garage access was very helpful.

The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable, there is air conditioning, the beds are comfortable. The terrace is beautiful, with beautiful views to the pool and sea. We had a pleasant stay with the family. I recommend it without hesitation. See you soon

Amazing place for groups or families! The apartment is really nice and has everything you need. Supermarket is very close and you can walk to the beach. The host is super nice and helpful and will make you feel at home
